At ChillMini, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support.chillmini@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full store credit at no extra cost to you.

Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right immediately.

Change of Mind
As we ship directly from our supplier, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit only. Processing takes 3-5 business days after your claim is approved.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
